Ken is the founder and Manager of Gray Estates, LLC. He is a full-time, licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy having served honorably for 25 years. Ken is a graduate of The University of Toledo where he majored in Business Management. He is also a graduate of The Walton School of Auctioneering.
He is active in the community volunteering at charity auctions and as a wrestling coach. Ken’s goal is to make buying or selling your next home a seamless process with minimal stress.
Mel has been a licensed Realtor since 1987, born and raised in Medina County grew up in Westfield township and has lived in Seville most of his adult life. Along with wife, Susan, has 4 adult children and 8 grandchildren. Graduated from Cloverleaf High School and the University of Akron. In over 30 years of experience, Mel is well versed in the listing and selling of residential homes, land/building lots, new construction, farms, condo/cluster homes, multifamily and light commercial properties. Mel takes pride in the individual attention given to customers and clients. He has helped many first time buyers as well as those customers looking to move up (or downsize) or finding that forever dream home.
Mel is proud of developing Westwood Estates in Seville, designing/building homes for family and friends and updating homes and structures in the Seville area.
Susan has been a resident of Creston for 45 years. She works hard to stay on top of The
Cutting Edge whether it be for buyers or sellers and dedicated to achieving results and
providing exceptional service. Susan takes great pride in providing the highest level of
service to help her clients to reach a successful outcome. She is there to find your dream
home, not just a house.
Susan spent 8 years as a STNA serving the needs of the elderly. She is currently on the
tree and park committee for Creston. She is a mother of two a grandmother of three and
enjoys the outdoors gardening and spending time with her husband and family.
Kerry is a lifetime resident of Ashland and mother of 4 boys. She recently joined Gray Estates as a
Realtor and apprentice auctioneer. She brings with her 15 years of experience in sales and a past
owner/operator of a successful small beef farm for 12 years.
Kerry strives to bring about the results you need whether you are a buyer or seller and derives personal pleasure in the experience of meeting and helping her clients. She provides the service she herself would expect. Kerry recently obtained her auctioneer license and will be pursuing becoming an experienced auctioneer under the guidance of Ken Gray.

Jacquelyn Gray is one of the Gray Estates Team Managers for Gray Estates Auctions and is responsible for assisting in setting up and cataloguing of auction items. You can meet Jacqueline at our Creston office, or at our auctions registering and checking customers out after their auction purchases.
Jacqueline has lived in Wayne County much of her life, including several generations of her family. In her spare time Jacqueline enjoys photography, art, reading, and activities involving nature.
Born and raised in Wayne County, Barbara has been active in real estate for
nearly a decade. A graduate of the University of Akron and Walden University
with advanced degrees in nursing, Barb uses observational and interpersonal skills
refined over twenty years in public service to identify client needs, offer guidance
and provide support throughout the buying and selling process.
Having built a reputation for excellent service, honesty and integrity, Barb
frequently receives referrals and especially enjoys those that include the
opportunity to work with first time home buyers. These individuals often face
unique challenges, needing more time and education to make it the best
Jean has extensive knowledge of the real estate business as she has been licensed since 1983.
She is a lifetime resident of Medina County and knows the benefits of living in Medina County
and surrounding areas.

new construction. Having lived in Litchfield for 42 years, Jean has extensive knowledge,
experience and understanding of living and owning rural property.

Additional experience includes real estate office management and administration, currently

Born and raised in Amish Country, Carie has worked with buyers, sellers, and investors overcoming challenges in an ever-changing real estate market. Understanding her client’s often unique properties and situations, her expertise spans across Holmes, Wayne, Tuscarawas, Stark, and Ashland counties. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her three daughters and assisting them in their various interests.
Abby Winebrenner was born and raised in Wayne County, Ohio, and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University. Though new to the real estate world, she spent her life in careers dedicated to customer service. She spent nearly a decade honing her negotiation skills as a Liability and Medical Adjuster at GEICO headquarters in Virginia and as Lead Auditor and Claims Analyst at Jarrett Logistics Systems in Orville, Ohio.
Along with this competitive edge, Abby brings a passion for representing and understanding her clients’ best interests. She enjoys making the most out of life’s adventures. Although she stays quite busy keeping her four boys’ schedules in check between baseball, soccer, wrestling, scouts and more, she enjoys finding
time for the outdoors, cooking and camping. While Abby has moved as far away as Hawaii, she ultimately returned to the Wayne/Medina county area in 2012 to raise her family near the area she loves.
